Martin, Natasha and Tony were both coached and receive continued mentoring by Australia’s two top Weightlifting Coaches Luke Borreggine and Steven Tikkanen from the N.S.W.W.A High Performance Centre at Sydney Olympic Park.

Natasha was originally coached to National and International success by Luke and Steven along with many other National and International Champions at the historic Burwood PCYC Weightlifting Club until her retirement in 2006 following the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. In 2007 the famous club then moved to Sydney Olympic Park where it continues to produce Australia's Weightlifters of the future.
